The right ureter (indicated by U) can be visualized clearly behind the saline-filled ascending colon (indicated by AC). RK stands for right kidney. The calculus in this patient is located in the ureterocystic segmentum posterius, which is not included in the cases studied in this article. No obstructive lesions can be found, and it is taken just as an example to describe the effect of the enema.
